This book is awesome because their is a boy that is walking down the street to school and he sees something floating in the river and it was moving. He thought it might of been something important so he jumped into the river and grabbed the rubbish bag and pulled it to the side. When he opened up the bag he saw lots of Grey hound puppies and one of them stood out to him as if he wanted to go home with him. Then a guy came over ( as he was on his way to school ) and helped him carry the bag of puppies to school with him. The teacher is always grumpy at the boy for being late because he always made up the lamest excuses.
